로봇이 아니야 New Year, New Dramas

Happy New Year everyone! Hopefully it's still considered acceptable to say that even though technically we are already into the second week of January. Anyways, a recent new drama called 로봇이 아니야 (I am not a robot) is airing right now! The storyline is your typical cheesy and cute kdrama and it's nice to watch without thinking too hard about any unforeseen action. A short summary of what to expect -- A scientist and his team creates a AI robot (Aji-3)modelled off of the scientist's ex-girlfriend (Ji-a) as a last resort to try to save his reputation from a scandal and tries to sell it to a rich investor. Aji-3 is working fine during the first meeting with the rich investor (Kim Minkyu) but just before Aji-3 is sent off to his house for the live testing period a circuit explodes and destroys parts of her system. In a desperate attempt to hide this accident, the scientist calls his ex-girlfriend and asks her to pretend to be a robot for just a day. Unknown to both of them, Minkyu actually has a rare allergy to humans and is unable to be near them or have any form of contact which is the reason why he was so interested in the robot, Aji-3, in the first place...
